1. Services

Rahane AI Tech provides IT and technology services, including but not limited to:

• Website Development
• Mobile Application Development
• Custom Software Development
• AI & Machine Learning Solutions
• Cloud Services
• UI/UX Design
• Digital Marketing
• Software Maintenance
• IT Consulting

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time, with or without prior notice.

2. Eligibility and Use of Website

You must be at least 18 years of age or be accessing our services on behalf of a legally registered entity.

You agree not to:

• Misuse our website or services.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Introduce malicious software or harmful code.
• Use our services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, project content, credentials, approvals, and any other materials necessary for successful project execution.

Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines and may result in revised schedules or additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms, milestones, deliverables, and project scope are governed by the individual agreement signed with the client.
• Payments must be made according to agreed project milestones.
• Advance payment may be required before commencement of work.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes including GST unless otherwise stated.
• Delayed payments may result in suspension of work, delayed delivery, or project termination.
• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Project Scope and Revisions

Any work requested beyond the agreed project scope will be treated as a change request and may involve additional cost and extended timelines.

The number of revisions included in a project will be as specified in the approved proposal or agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property developed by Rahane AI Tech, including source code, frameworks, tools, documentation, designs, trademarks, and proprietary assets, remains the property of Rahane AI Tech until full payment has been received.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership or licensing rights as specifically defined in the project agreement.

Any proprietary tools, reusable libraries, or frameworks developed by Rahane AI Tech remain our intellectual property.

Content, materials, and trademarks displayed on this website may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without our prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

Our solutions may integrate third-party platforms, APIs, hosting providers, payment gateways, cloud infrastructure, analytics tools, or other software services.

Rahane AI Tech is not responsible for the performance, availability, pricing changes, security, or policies of any third-party service. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and conditions.

8. Confidentiality

Rahane AI Tech respects the confidentiality of all client information and business data. We will not disclose confidential information to any third party except:

• Where disclosure is required by law.
• With the client's prior written consent.
• To trusted partners involved in project execution under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

Clients likewise agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information, documentation, or technology shared by Rahane AI Tech.

9. Data Protection

We process personal and business information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any personal or business data shared with Rahane AI Tech has been lawfully collected and that they possess all necessary permissions for its use.

10. Warranty and Support

We provide a limited post-delivery support period as specified in the applicable project agreement for fixing defects in the delivered solution.

This warranty does not cover:

• Client-side modifications.
• Third-party software or API updates.
• Hosting or server failures.
• New feature requests or enhancements.

Ongoing support after the warranty period is available under a separate maintenance or support agreement.

11. Limitation of Liability

Rahane AI Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data arising from the use of our website or services.

Our maximum liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rahane AI Tech, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or legal expenses arising from:

• Misuse of our services.
• Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Violation of any applicable law.
• Violation of any third-party intellectual property or other rights.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice in accordance with the signed project agreement.

Upon termination, all outstanding payments for work completed up to the termination date shall become immediately due.

Rahane AI Tech reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, abuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

14. Force Majeure

Rahane AI Tech shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performing its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters.
• Internet or power outages.
• Government actions or regulations.
• Strikes or labour disputes.
• Cyber attacks or security incidents.
• Any other force majeure event.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

16. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Rahane AI Tech reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
