The Challenge
Outdoor media is a high-trust, high-ticket industry. A single campaign with a media network can run into tens of lakhs. Brands shopping for outdoor media don't make that decision from a thin marketing site — they need to see scale, reach, inventory, case studies, and proof. When Ranae Media set out to expand its national footprint, the existing digital presence wasn't doing the job. It looked like a brochure, not a media network.
We were brought in to rebuild the entire digital presence from scratch. The site needed to communicate scale at a glance, showcase the network's inventory across cities, capture qualified leads from brand managers and media planners, and serve as a credibility anchor for the sales team during pitches.
The Approach
We started by talking to the sales team — not the marketing team. The sales team knew exactly what brand managers wanted to see before they took a meeting: where the inventory is, how big it is, what brands have run on it, and what the network's reach looks like in numbers. So we designed the site backwards from a sales pitch.
We made three core decisions:

The homepage would lead with scale, not with words.
01Instead of opening with a generic 'we're a leading outdoor media network' headline, the homepage opens with a live network map showing where Ranae Media's inventory exists across cities, with real numbers — number of screens, daily impressions, cities covered. A media planner gets the answer to their first question in three seconds.
Inventory would be browsable, not buried.
02We built a structured inventory section where prospects can explore the network city by city, see specific high-value locations, and visualize campaign placements. This used to live in static PDFs the sales team emailed around. Now it's a live, filterable, always-current part of the site.

The form isn't a generic 'contact us' — it qualifies the prospect by campaign size, cities of interest, and timing, and routes the lead to the right salesperson automatically. The sales team walks into every call already knowing what the prospect is looking for.

Lead capture would be smart.
03What We Built
- Animated network map showing the full inventory footprint at a glance
- City-by-city inventory browser with filtering and high-resolution location previews
- Campaign and case study showcase with rich media
- Smart lead capture with automatic qualification and routing
- CMS-driven sections so the marketing team can update content without engineering involvement
- Optimized for both desktop sales pitches and mobile brand-manager browsing

The Outcome
Every decision was focused on improving speed, productivity and customer experience while building a platform that can scale with the business.
Higher
Lead Generation
Lead capture volume increased significantly compared to the previous site, with more qualified leads reaching the sales team.
Faster
Sales Cycle
Sales pitch cycle shortened because prospects come into meetings already understanding the network's scale and inventory.
<1.5s

Trusted
Sales Enablement
